Requirement :
Male or Female, max. 35 years oldPrevious experience in a similar position minimal 2 yearsGood knowledge of Hotel Operation Procedures and SystemCalm, efficient and the ability to work well under pressureExcellent leadership skills and exceptional communication skillsA passion for delivering exceptional levels of guest servicePossess strong commercial acumen, with experience increasing profitability in a tight market sectorExperience in managing budgets, revenue proposals and forecasting results in a similar sized propertyPrevious role as a senior supervisor or Duty Manager in a similar quality hotelA degree or diploma in any major especially Hotel Management or equivalentAn in-depth knowledge of the hotel, leisure or service sector
